Well, it was worth it. Kevin was happier than a pig in poop. It was so cute that it made it worth it. Wrigley hasn't hosted a football game in a very LONG time, so the College game day boys came to support the Northwestern vs. Illinois game. Wrigleyville changed to purple, and football fans filled the streets.
They even changed the iconic sign to Purple. The field wasn't long enough, so teams could only go one way.
Kevin and Ernie "Mr. Cub." We had to get there early in order to get this beautiful hard hat.

It was a day for Chicago celebrities to come out! Ditka was the guest of Honor! He tried to evade all his fans though. He is a sneaky rascal.
We stuck around after so Kevin could get his hard hat signed. Here is Kevy and Kirk
He can officially die happy now. Erin Andrews......sigh.

Even Tom stopped to say hello. Look how happy Kevin is.
I did get a nap later in the day!

We always have college game day on Sat morning, so you guys are the crazy fans up before the crack of dawn for the pregame.
I'm sure Todd would have loved to join you! I hope you guys had a lovely Thanksgiving just relaxing (and catching up on sleep). we love you!
